Where do we ship?

We ship throughout Spain, including all the autonomous communities , districts , Balearic Islands , Canary Islands , Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: between 1 and 4 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 4 and 10 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the shipment status in real time.

Was there a problem with the shipment?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you don't receive it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at contacto@carlotataller.es , including your order number and the situation. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges and Returns

Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • In perfect condition, unused
  • Complete packaging

How to request an exchange or refund?

Write to us at contacto@carlotataller.es indicating:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you want to return or exchange

  • Reason

We will reply with detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping cost

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method . This process may take up to 10 business days.
